Hebrew will be taught in Gaza as an elective course within the curriculum. Palestinian Government Education and Training Ministry in Gaza announced that Hebrew, the official language of Israel, would be taught as an elective course within the curriculum.

A ministry official, Semiyye an-Nehale told AA correspondent that by making Hebrew an elective course at the schools they aim to make it easier to understand Israel's strategies and follow the Israeli media.

Nahale said "understanding enemy's language would make one safer".

According to the statistics, 40,000 people know Hebrew in Gaza which has a population of 1,7 million. Most of them are businessmen doing business with Israel and the ones who kept detained in Israeli jails for years.

yes, it is good for arabs to know hebrew. so they can help us build our country Israel, they will build beautiful settlements in Judea and Samaria ...go on, go on !!!!
