Israeli forces have detained ten Palestinians in the occupied West Bank overnight under the pretext they had been involved in attacks against Israeli troops and civilians.
The army, on Twitter, said that the 10 Palestinians had been wanted for their suspected involvement in "rioting and acts of terror against [Israeli] civilians and security forces."
The military, however, did not state where the detentions took place.
Israeli forces routinely conduct detention campaigns against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank on claims that they are "wanted" by Israeli authorities.
Over 7,000 Palestinians are currently languishing in prisons throughout Israel, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs.Last Mod: 29 Eylül 2014, 09:46
