The Palestinian Prisoner Society said in a statement that Israeli forces had detained 16 Palestinians in East Jerusalem on claims of being "wanted" by Israeli forces.
Three more Palestinians were arrested in the northern Tulkarm city, two in Tubas and one in Hebron, the Palestinian NGO said.
The Israeli army has yet to comment on the report.
Israeli forces routinely conduct arrest campaigns against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank on claims they are "wanted" by Israeli authorities.
Over 7,000 Palestinians are currently languishing in prisons located throughout Israel, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs.
