Israeli settlers on Sunday chopped down more than 100 olive trees in the central West Bank village of Ras Karkar, Al-Qassam Brigades website reported.
Witnesses said that more than 20 settlers from a nearby Israeli outpost chopped down the five-year-old trees in a private Palestinian field.
Locals say the attacks are an almost everyday occurrence.
Report stated that settler violence against Palestinians and their property in the occupied West Bank is systematic and ignored by Israeli occupation, who rarely intervene in the violent attacks or prosecute the perpetrators.
