Mohamed El Fatah Naciri, the representative of the Arab League in Turkey, drew attention to the international developments on Syria.
Naciri noted that he supports the US behavior related to Turkey's Syria policy and defends the US drawing back and letting Turkey take leadership.
Naciri told Turkish press that the Arab League will attend the Syrian Conference in Geneva next month and added, "We call on all parties to meet, to stop the bloodshed and provide political solution."
Naciri said, "as the Arab League we demand that no regional or international parties interfere in Syria's domestic issue," and underlined that a sectarian polarization should be avoided.
"The Obama administration convinced us that Turkey can bring back peace to the Middle East," Naciri explained and added that the upcoming visit of the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Gaza will bring positive results.
