Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag has said on Tuesday that the new Turkish constitution would take effect after a referendum anyway.
Deputy PM Bozdag replied the questions of reporters after his meeting with Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior & Equal Opportunity Joelle Milquet at the Prime Ministry in Turkish capital province, Ankara.
Bozdag touched on the efforts for the new constitution and said, "There will be a referendum, if there were a triple reconciliation anyways. If there is a duplex reconciliation, then the same result would show up again."
Furthermore, more than an hour long meeting between Bozdag and Milquet was held closed to the media.
