Four militants were killed in a clash between PKK members and Turkish security forces in south-eastern province of Hakkari on Thursday.

In a written statement, the Governorship of Hakkari said that the clash took place at around 1830 hours on Thursday at Helin Valley.

"Four terrorists, including two females, were neutralized in the clash. Further operations are underway in the region", the Hakkari Governorship also said.
