Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkey would not remain silent against Syria's cruel dictator. Erdogan delivered a speech at the 2nd Al Sharika Communication Forum as the guest of honor in the United Arab Emirates on Sunday.

We will not remain silent against Syria's cruel dictator who is a mute devil, said Erdogan.

If we see blood, bullet and dead bodies --but not the cruelty and injustice-- while watching Syrian children on TV, this means we don't see anything on the screen, said Erdogan.

We will not be one of the mutes while children and women are falling dead in Palestine and Gaza and while innocent children, women and elders are being massacred everyday in Syria, added Erdogan.

He said that people had to globalize justice, human values, solidarity and sharing too in the globalizing world, adding, "we have to introduce civilizations to each other."

No matter which communication instrument we use, our principle is to tell the truth, said Erdogan.

Nearly 500 people including former secretary general of the UN Kofi Annan and former secretary general Amr Moussa of Arab League are attending the forum.

Turkish Deputy Premier Bulent Arinc, Food, Agriculture & Animal Breeding Minister Mehdi Eker, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek and Anadolu Agency Board Chairman & Director General Kemal Ozturk are accompanying Erdogan in the forum.
