Turkish Council of State finds unidentified device in office
A member of the Council of State found a hidden unidentified device believed to be a bugging device at his office at the Council of the State and has informed the head of the council and the police, media outlets reported on Tuesday.

Zeki Yiğit, a member of the 13th Chamber, found an electronic device under a table in his office and became suspicious as to whether the item could be a listening device. He then filed a complaint with the Ankara Chief Prosecutor's Office so that an investigation would be launched to find who was responsible for planting the device.

However, it is still unclear whether the device was planted before or after Yiğit was appointed to his post at the Council of State. Yiğit was appointed to his post at the 13th Chamber of the Council of State by President Abdullah Gül over a year ago.

Yiğit was not available for comment.
