Arinc said that he condemned the decision of the central Iraqi government not to provide a visa to the leader of the Turkish opposition Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahceli.

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc on Thursday said that he condemned the decision of the central Iraqi government not to provide a visa to the leader of the Turkish opposition Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Devlet Bahceli.

Speaking to reporters in north-western province of Bolu on Thursday, Bulent Arinc said that the centralIraqi government should have issued a visa to Bahceli so he could visit the city of Kirkuk.

"Bahceli's visit should have taken place. I believe that the negative developments in Iraq led to the rejection of Bahceli's request for a visa," Arinc also said.
