Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu received Friday a delegation from the Syrian National Coalition in the Turkish capital, Ankara.
According to the diplomatic sources the meeting, which was held closed to press, took up developments in Syria and a planned international peace conference, dubbed as Geneva-2.
Sources said Davutoglu gave information to the delegation about the latest meeting of the Core Group of the Friends of Syria in London.
Sources said the participation of the Syrian National Coalition in the Geneva-2 meeting would be decided in an evaluation in the following days.
France sees Syrian refugee risk to Europe BRUSSELS (AA) - French President François Hollande warned EU countries on Friday that Syria's neighbors must be helped in tackling the Syrian refugees crisis or Europe will have to face for bigger waves of Syrian refugees.
"Those countries must be helped in order not to face the result of refugees' abandoning their camps and attempting to come to Europe," Hollande said in Brussels.
He said in case the refugees arrive in Europe, necessary measures must be taken to host them properly.
