Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited President Abdullah Gül on Monday in the hospital where the president is receiving treatment for a recurring ear problem.
Reports said Gül, who has been receiving treatment at Ankara's Hacettepe University Hospital for the past four days, will be released from hospital on Monday.
Due to his recurring ear problem, President Gül cut short a visit to Kyrgyzstan for the Second Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS) in Bishkek, a visit he had begun on Wednesday after attending the funerals of civilian PKK terror victims in Gaziantep.
