Two people have been arrested in Turkey for their tweet messages in relation to the Ankara bombing that was sent hours before the bombing itself.

One of the messages by @DrBereday, sent a tweet saying that the "The bomb will go off in Ankara tomorrow" - on Friday night, hours before the explosion on Saturday morning.
