Turkey won 2 gold and 5 bronze medals at the 27th World University Summer Sports Games in Tatarstan's capital Kazan.
Russia won the most medals, 155 gold, 75 silver and 62 bronze, in total 292, during the games which ended on Wednesday with a closing ceremony.
China took the second place with a total number of 77 medals, 26 gold, 29 silver and 22 bronze; Japan the third with a total of 84 medals, 24 gold, 28 silver and 32 bronze medals.
A total of 1,165 medals find their owners during the games in Tatarstan where 115 athletes competed.
At freestyle wrestling Riza Kayaalp and Taha Akgul each won gold, and Muhammet Kocatinaz won bronze medals.
In athletics, Fatih Avan and Gulcan Mingir each won bronze medals.
At the weight-lifting, Aysegul Coban won bronze medal, while in boxing, Onur Sipal won bronze medal too.
