Syrian warplanes launched two raids on the outskirts of Ersal town on borders with Lebanon, amid conflicting reports about casualties.
"Syrian aircraft fired 10 missiles into the town," a Lebanese security source told Anadolu Agency.
According to the source, the Syrian attack hit one kilometer near a Lebanese army checkpoint in the area.
No details are yet available about the attacked target.
One person was reportedly killed and 7 others were injured in the Syrian raids on the town, which is home to the largest number of Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
The toll, however, was not confirmed by medical sources.
The raids came as a rocket fired from inside Syrian territories hit the border town of Brital in the Bekaa Valley.Last Mod: 28 Şubat 2014, 13:39
