A reward of up to US$3 million will be paid for information on three leading figures of the Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party-Front (DHKP/C) wanted for a suicide attack on the U.S. embassy in Ankara in 2013, the U.S. State Department said on Wednesday.

The leftist militant group was allegedly involved in the attack that left a Turkish guard and the bomber dead. Following that attack, the group claimed responsibility for a rocket attack on the ruling Justice and Development Party headquarters in the capital, Ankara, and a grenade attack on the Justice Ministry in the same city.

The State Department is seeking to discover the whereabouts of Musa Asoglu, the reported leader of the DHKP/C, Zerrin Sari, a member of the group’s central committee, and Seher Demir Sen, another member of the central committee.

DHKP/C is currently banned in Turkey.
